Maxim Makartsev is a research fellow in Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, a senior research fellow in the Institute of Slavic Studies (Russian Academy of Sciences), Moscow, a senior assistant in the Institute of Slavic Culture, „Alexey Kossygin“ Russian National University (Moscow) and a language instructor in the Superior Foreign Language School at the Foreign Department of Russian Federation.
