On the occasion of marking the Days of the Language Institute of the University of Sarajevo and the International Mother Language Day at the Tešanj General Library, a Public debate “Bosnian Language in the Context of the International Mother Language Day” was held with the presentation of the edition of the Language Institute from 2018. PhD Alen Kalajdžija and writer Hadžem Hajdarević presented the work of the Institute and talked about the importance of mother tongue, and mr. Haris Ćatović and mr. Edina Vražalica presented the new editions of the Institute from 2018. As in previous practice, the Institute was made available for assistance and support to students and teachers as well as staff of the General Library of Tešanj. Participants of the debate were teachers and students of three high schools in Tešanj. We thank the organizers and participants for their cooperation and nice gathering.
